Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is required.
- All return and exchange requests are subject to approval by our support team.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos and, if possible, an unboxing video.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, The Purple Tree will bear the return shipping charges.
3. Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges requested due to a change of mind (such as color, size, style, or personal preference) are accepted within the eligible return period.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. If we arrange the pickup, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
4. Return Shipping
For approved returns, The Purple Tree may arrange a reverse pickup where available.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.
Original shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used, washed, or altered products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Bulk orders, unless received damaged or defective.
- Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences.
6. Policy Misuse
Returns or exchanges may be refused in cases of incorrect return reasons, misuse of the return policy, or repeated abusive return requests.
