Good quality, the packaging needs rethinking

All the products are of good quality and feel nice to touch. The packaging killed it totally. The pillows were stuffed in a small bag which resulted not only in a dent on the giraffe and zebra pillows but also took away from the feel of quality and standard of the product. It seemed that the company did not give any respect to their own products and the customer experience. Hope to see this change at your end
